Where can I park?
People with disabilities can park free of charge in all our pay and display car parks as long as:
a valid blue (disabled) badge and clock are displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle and
the registered disabled person is either driving the car or a passenger.
Blue badge use in all short-stay car parks is limited to the length of stay for that car park.
Blue badge parking permits
If you have a blue badge and have a legitimate need to park for longer periods in short-stay car parks, for example if you work in town, you can apply for a blue badge holder parking permit.Apply for a Blue Badge Parking Permit - Download Form
