About the role

We are looking for a Council Tax Billing and Support Officer to work in our busy Revenues and Benefits team, administering accounts and dealing with enquiries from residents and businesses.

You'll be a highly motivated individual who:

  • has excellent customer service skills to answer and deal with face-to-face enquiries from customers as well as responding to telephone and written enquiries

  • is a committed team player who can work on their own initiative to complete tasks and achieve targets

  • has the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • has experience of dealing with customer accounts.
