Join our dynamic team at the forefront of health and fitness!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Consultant to enhance our leisure centre's vibrant atmosphere. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on fitness strategies and engaging and effective gym appointments, both 1:1 and in groups, to help our members achieve their health goals. With fantastic facilities and a supportive community, you'll have the perfect environment to thrive professionally.
As a strong team player with experience in a similar leisure or health-related post within the industry, you'll use your excellent communication and organisational skills to thrive in the ebb and flow of a bustling recreational facility.
If you have a level 2 fitness qualification, excellent communication skills, and a drive to motivate others, we would love to hear from you.

For many of our roles (and where it is possible) we are currently working remotely and anticipate in the future returning to a hybrid office model on a flexible basis. This will still include work-from-home and flexi-time opportunities in order to provide a good work-life balance whilst still ensuring that teams benefit from in-person interaction. Candidates should therefore be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.
