Job details

One Leisure are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, and organised individual into the role of Leisure and Operations Manager. The role is to maximise commercial revenue opportunities by monitoring and increasing usage across all One Leisure sites whilst maintaining exceptional services to the community.

You will ensure that all sites are operated in a safe and effective manner to improve customer satisfaction and increase awareness of One Leisure facilities to help improve physical activity levels amongst the local communities.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Provide overall responsibility for the safe and effective operation of all the One Leisure sites. Being responsible for staff, customer and contractor welfare and ensuring that all Health and Safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to and maintained

  • You will lead a culture within One Leisure where customer satisfaction is the key driver for service delivery

  • Ensuring quality systems are in place, updated and implemented across all sites along with making sure all policies and procedures are implemented by One Leisure Staff

  • Using performance and management data you will identify gaps and improve the income, usage and financial sustainability across all sites and business units

  • In conjunction with the General Manager’s, and the relevant centre staff develop an annual centre service plan and performance metrics.  Ensure this plan is monitored and delivered effectively

  • Leading, motivating and developing staff that work within One Leisure making sure to lead a culture of continuous improvement within staff through effective management and challenging targets.
