Are you passionate about helping people build confidence in the water? Do you thrive in a dynamic, energetic environment where every lesson makes a difference? We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our friendly and forward‑thinking team at our new leisure centre in Sawtry.  

As a vital part of our swim programme, you’ll deliver high‑quality lessons that inspire, motivate, and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities. If you love seeing progress, enjoy creating fun and engaging sessions, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your skills, we want to hear from you!

About you

A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2). A passion for teaching and a positive, can‑do attitude. Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents. 

Not qualified yet? Aspiring swim teachers welcome! If you’ve always dreamed of becoming a swim teacher but haven’t taken the leap, this is your moment!

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
