We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our friendly and forward‑thinking team at our new leisure centre in Sawtry.
As a vital part of our swim programme, you’ll deliver high‑quality lessons that inspire, motivate, and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities. If you love seeing progress, enjoy creating fun and engaging sessions, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your skills, we want to hear from you!
About you
A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2). A passion for teaching and a positive, can‑do attitude. Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents.
