There are four avenues for businesses searching for tender opportunities:

Tenders Electronic Daily is the online portal for all adverts placed in the Official Journal of the European Union. This is a statutory requirement for local authority spend greater than £181,302 (for supplies and services) and £4,551,413 (for works).

procurement regulations require that all local government authorities and other non-central bodies must publish all requirements greater than £25,000 on a Crown Commercial Services portal called Contracts Finder.
