You need to be aware of this Privacy Notice if you are signing up to receive digital newsletters from the Huntingdonshire District Council.

This privacy notice relates to the personal information we have collected for sending out online newsletters and updates (via MailChimp) that you have opted to receive. You can opt out of our MailChimp mailing lists at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email you receive.

We will share your personal information with Mailchimp, our service provider.

Retention of your personal information

We will hold the personal data provided by you on an ongoing basis unless you decide to opt out from receiving the newsletter. Our mailing list will be reviewed annually, and any invalid email addresses will be removed.

Every communication we send will include an option to opt-out.

Transferring your information overseas

When you subscribe to our mailing lists via MailChimp, the information you provide will be stored by MailChimp in accordance with their privacy policy and terms.
